Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [your support email]. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it — replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days — we'll work with you to locate it or send a replacement.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
